There will be many impactful projects initiated throughout the Archdioceses of Kansas City in Kansas. Thank you to all of those who were able to donate this GivingTuesday!

The Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas recently hosted our first-ever event for the Catholic Advisors Network. The evening began with networking amongst local attorneys, financial planners, accountants, and life insurance consultants, followed by a panel of advisors who spoke on "Philanthropy and Giving Today." Thank you to our panel of advisors who spoke, as well as all of the professionals who were able to attend.

We are excited about the future of this program, and invite you to become a member of the Catholic Advisors Network by taking the next steps in the Catholic Advisors Network initiative. The Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas (CFNEK) is excited to compile a directory of advisors to be available to advisors and parishioners of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas titled, The Catholic Advisors Network Directory. CFNEK would like to help connect Catholic advisors who offer services in estate planning, charitable gift planning, tax planning, and financial and retirement planning with the Catholic faithful who may need these services. If you would like to be added to The Catholic Advisors Network Directory, fill out and submit your information at https://archkck.org/catholic-advisors-network/.

Our next event for the Catholic Advisors Network will be held in April. A "Save the Date" reminder will be in next month's newsletter. If you have questions, or if you would like to learn more about the Catholic Advisors Network, please email mwade@archkck.org.

On November 18th, the Catholic Fine Arts Council held their annual St. Cecilia Celebration of the Sacred Liturgy at Savior Pastrol Center. The Most Pure Heart of Mary Schola Cantorum, under the direction of Dr. Lucas Tappan, shared their gifts and talents in musical accompaniment during the Mass. Following Mass, a reception was held for those who attended. Thank you to those who celebrated with us!

This month, Santa’s helpers made their rounds around the Chancery to offer some hot chocolate and Christmas cheer! We are grateful to our Chancery Ambassadors of Joy for always spreading kindness and spirit. Thank you!

A gift to the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas helps to promote the spiritual mission of the Catholic Church, while collaborating with parishes and institutions to develop additional resources and support. Are you looking to open an endowment for your parish, cemetery, or school?

An increasingly popular charitable giving tool, a donor advised fund, is a simple and flexible account that allows you to make charitable gifts and then recommend grants to your parish or a favorite charity.

Creating a lasting legacy fund in the name of a loved one is a great way to honor their life or memory. This is simple to do through a named scholarship.

Are you curious about how easy it is to open an endowment, a donor advised fund, or a scholarship at the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas?

We would love to discuss your situation and philanthropic goals to explore your faith-aligned giving. Philanthropy really does start with a simple conversation.
