The Master's Cup Invitational was blessed with wonderful weather, great tasting food and an inspirational father and son faith journey story from Stan and Landry Weber.
Stan Weber expressed that part of his faith journey goal was to raise his kids to get to heaven. And to get to heaven requires putting your Catholic faith in action, working hard, discipline, toughness and being the best version of yourself while trusting in God.
Landry reflected on how he has heard the knocking and calling from God through prayer to discern a vocation to the priesthood. Landry has great trust in God, believes God loves him and God is with him. God is at the center of his life.
Stan Weber concluded with some very inspiring words to everyone in attendance, "Be proud to be Catholic and go out and make an impact and trust in God."
In case you missed the Master's Cup Invitational and would like to make a gift to the Heart-To-Heart Scholarship Fund that helps ease the financial burdens that come with being a college seminarian, as well as for women and men entering religious life in the archdiocese, you can go the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas website and make a gift.
